To be a praying community of believers thatobediently honors Jesus Christ as we pursue; Dynamic Worship that honors God and enables worshippers to experience God in a meaningful, spiritually transforming way. Life Changing Small Groups where values and actions are transformed, resulting in fellowship, discipleship, and ministry. Intentional Outreach that shares the Good News of Jesus with the unchurched in Eldorado, Saline County, and around the world.
Leadership Team:
Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.

Pastor Randy has a passion for carefully unpacking the truths of Scripture. He has served at Eldorado First Baptist Church for 15 years. He and his wife Pam have three children. Randy is passionate about missionary work and has a heart for the poor.
